I have decided to give away some of the many harmonica CDs I receive for review (or other harmonica CDs I acquired over the years), and in order to decide who I give them away to, I will from now on organise regular quizzes. I'm aiming for about one a month to begin with. I will ship a CD anywhere in the world to the winner of each quizz.
In order to participate, you need to send me an email with all your personal details (especially postal address) at the contact address listed on the page. You also need, of course, to answer the questions below, namely, to identify the four tracks provided. What I want from you is, in order of priority
- the name of the harmonica player
- the name of the artist and song the excerpt comes from
- the name of the album and year of first release
For this first quizz, I will leave my readers until August 31st to answer. Answers will be classified by the above criteria first and assuming I have all correct answers or equivalent incorrect answers on two entries, I'll then sort out answers by date received.
The winner of this first quizz will receive a choice of one of the three following CDs :
