wonderful harp ;-)

Hi ben

In your review, you wrote "As far as I know, the Pure Harp is the first commercial model ever to feature wooden covers."

I don't think it is correct. There was another harp with wooden covers before the Pure Harp. The name is Hardwood Harmonicas and you can see some pictures here : http://harmonicasoleil.ifrance.com/galerie1.htm

About the covers, rosewood, like ebony, is a very hard... wood. Violin and guitare fingerboards are made with this kind of wood and I think they are not varnished like maple fingerboard are. So I would not be surprised that those covers are unvarnished.

See you
Arnaud

My lips would fall off. I like a wood comb but this just seems indulgently foolish to me. I would not like this harp at all. It is a major turn-off in my book since the covers are too fragile and they would rip my lips off my face. I play fast and get carried away with no thought of the skin I am losing until I bleed and feel pain. Thumbs down to this entire concept as it is nothing but a wall ORNAMENT as I see it.

J'ai trouvé ce message, qui arrive fort à propos! Tu es très enthousiaste, je crois que je vais me laisser tenter !!! Tu l'as acheté, cet harmonica en Bb, finalement? Tu en es toujours content, trois ans après?
